Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Yonder Behavioral Health. The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring appropriate and medically necessary care for patients at Yonder Behavioral Health. This position is responsible for managing day to day administrative and operational functions at the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of State and Federal Statutes regarding Patient Confidentiality laws, and knowledge of Drug-Free workplace policies.
Responsibilities Operational Oversight :
Ensure compliance with Yonder Behavioral Health's policies and procedures, including safety, efficiency, and operational standards. Coordinate client and employee scheduling, maintain program compliance, and report potential risks to leadership.Administrative Management :
Oversee daily office operations, including documentation, filing, client relations, and ensuring a well organized workplaceFacility Management :
Monitor the physical environment, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming space for our clients and staff.Client Support :
Collaborate with clinical and residential teams to ensure client needs are met, including coordinating transportation, maintaining supplies, and managing client responsibilities list (chores).Staff Coordination :
Assist with scheduling staff, coordinating trainings, and maintaining open communication among all departments.Food and Inventory Compliance :
Supervise food services to ensure compliance with established menus, maintain logs (e.g. temperature, inventory, knife) and oversee regular ordering and inventory of supplies.Policy and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all Yonder Behavioral Health policies and regulatory standards, including HIPAA, CARF, and other applicable guidelines.Director Support:
Act as a liaison for the Director, covering duties in their absence and assisting with special projects as needed.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Experience Minimum 1 year administrative, office management, or healthcare operations experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and confidentiality.
