Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Office Manager to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and organizational prowess will support leadership, coordinate administrative functions, and foster a welcoming environment for staff and clients alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in office management, team supervision, and financial administration while contributing to a positive workplace culture. Duties Assist in supervising office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software. Manage office supplies inventory, maintain filing systems, and ensure the security of sensitive information. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting software. Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask across various responsibilities. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone etiquette for front desk duties and client interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), Outlook, and other relevant tools. Experience handling confidential information. Knowledge of office procedures including filing systems and multi-line phone systems. Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
