Job Description

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a productive work environment. This role supports staff, coordinates office procedures, and manages resources to help the organization run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support Coordinate office procedures and systems to improve efficiency Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, and office communications Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial tasks Handle vendor relationships and service contracts Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support HR functions such as onboarding and record-keeping Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software Ability to lead and support a team effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with budgeting or bookkeeping Familiarity with HR processes and office systems Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
