Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Oversee billing functions, transitioning records to electronic systems, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
- Collaborate with HR to process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, reviewing time entries and ensuring compliance.
- Supervise and support a small team of administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors to address facility maintenance needs and organize necessary repairs.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of accounts payable tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for reception duties, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with creating and implementing office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
