Job Description

Office Manager for Home and Community Based Service Provider Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our home and community-based service organization. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative functions, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare services for the elderly and adults with disabilities, with either a valid Licensed CNA credential or at least four years of direct service experience. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, all while fostering a supportive atmosphere for both staff and clients. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Statewide Criminal & National Sex Offender Background Check. Duties Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, documentation, and communication between staff, clients, and external agencies. Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, billing, and compliance documentation to meet state and federal regulations. Support clinical staff by coordinating appointments, ensuring proper documentation, and facilitating smooth workflow processes. Assist in onboarding new staff members, including verifying credentials such as CNA licensure or relevant experience. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and confidentiality standards to protect client information and promote a secure environment. Collaborate with leadership to develop operational policies that enhance service quality and efficiency. Monitor staffing levels and assist in scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for client needs. Facilitate communication across departments to promote teamwork and resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment necessary for daily operations. Support compliance with licensing requirements by preparing documentation for audits or inspections as needed. Qualifications Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or possess at least four years of experience providing services to the elderly and/or adults with disabilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working in home or community-based healthcare settings preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare services for vulnerable populations is advantageous. Proficiency in office management software and basic administrative tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Employment is contingent upon passing a Statewide Criminal & National Sex Offender Background Check. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
