Job Summary A growing healthcare services organization in Shreveport, LA is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This in-office leadership role is ideal for a highly organized operations professional who enjoys improving processes, supporting teams, strengthening workflows, and helping a business run efficiently. The Business Office Manager will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to oversee day-to-day office operations, support administrative staff, manage reporting and expense tracking, and help enhance the overall client and team experience. - Lead daily office operations to improve efficiency, productivity, service quality, and overall business performance.
- Develop, implement, and refine office procedures, reporting processes, workflows, and operational best practices.
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership to support business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, assist with forecasting, and prepare operational and financial reports.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support administrative team members while promoting accountability, professionalism, and growth.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, and internal stakeholders. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
- Full-time, direct hire position.
- In-office position in Shreveport, LA.

- Oversee daily office operations, administrative workflows, team performance, and service delivery.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, forecasting, and operational reporting.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and improve business operations.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Business Office Manager, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of office operations, administrative management, workflow coordination, and staff supervision.
- Experience managing budgets, expenses, reporting, and operational performance metrics preferred.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, organization, and accountability. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare services, medical office, medical devices, medical supplies, or related healthcare-focused environment.
- Prior experience working directly with ownership, senior leadership, or executive teams.
- Background supporting operational growth, process improvement, staff development, and client service initiatives.
