We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager in Shreveport, Louisiana to oversee day-to-day operations and create a well-run, organized workplace. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative leadership, team coordination, and vendor support while keeping office processes efficient. The person in this role will help maintain a productive environment by supporting staff, organizing essential office functions, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily office activities to maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and internal events to support schedules and improve team coordination
  • Provide oversight and guidance to administrative support staff, including front desk and clerical team members
  • Manage supplier relationships, coordinate purchasing, and monitor office inventory to keep essential materials available
  • Support employee onboarding, maintain personnel documentation, and assist with training-related administrative tasks
  • Process payroll information accurately and on time in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain financial and bookkeeping records, including invoice tracking and accounts payable support
  • Handle filing, reception coverage, and general administrative duties that contribute to smooth office performance
