Full-Time, On-Site Salary:
$55,000 per year About the Firm We are an established financial planning firm seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and document relevant client conversations in the CRM Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming office experience Keep the lobby, conference room, and client-facing areas prepared for meetings Send appointment reminders and assist with scheduling as needed Prepare and organize materials for client meetings Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the CRM Scan, organize, and maintain electronic files Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming correspondence Enter new prospects into the CRM and ensure information is properly documented Assist with seminar and event preparation, including assembling materials Maintain professional communication with clients, prospects, and team members Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills Comfortable learning and using technology Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Dependable and able to follow through on assigned responsibilities Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and work as part of a team Previous administrative or client-service experience preferred Financial services experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits $55,000 annual salary Employer-sponsored health insurance at a reduced employee cost Long-term disability insurance 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match Opportunities for professional growth and development
