In-Office Pay:
$30-$50 per hour, depending on experience About Testimonial Tree Testimonial Tree is a growing technology company helping businesses automate customer reviews, testimonials, reputation management, and digital marketing. As we continue to expand our products, customers, and team, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to help keep our executive team and Dedham office operating at a high level. We're hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. This is not a position for someone who wants to simply manage a calendar and wait for assignments. We're looking for someone who anticipates what needs to happen, takes ownership, solves problems, and helps bring organization to a busy executive and growing company. The Role You'll work closely with the President and leadership team while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day organization of our Dedham office. The position combines executive support, office management, scheduling, coordination, communication, and general business operations. A typical day could include coordinating executive meetings, organizing travel, preparing materials for an important customer meeting, following up with team members on outstanding items, helping coordinate an office event, working with vendors, and making sure leadership's highest-priority projects keep moving forward. Responsibilities Provide direct administrative and operational support to the President and executive team Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling priorities Coordinate business travel, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and related logistics Help organize and prepare for customer meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and company events Manage day-to-day operations of the Dedham office Coordinate with vendors and service providers Assist with expense reports, receipts, invoices, and other administrative tasks Prepare documents, presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials Track action items and follow up with team members to help ensure commitments and deadlines are met Help organize internal communications and company initiatives Maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized, professional, and ready for employees and visitors Handle sensitive business and personnel information with discretion Take ownership of miscellaneous projects that arise in a growing business What We're Looking For The right person is organized, resourceful, dependable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative. You should be someone who can receive a quick request, understand the objective, figure out the details, and get it done without needing constant direction.
Strong candidates will have:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Administrative Manager, or similar role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of follow-ups Confidence communicating with executives, customers, employees, and outside partners Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information Comfort working with modern business technology and learning new software Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed Experience supporting a founder, president, CEO, sales executive, or other senior leader is a plus. Experience working in a technology company, startup, sales organization, or other fast-paced environment is also a plus. Compensation $30-$50 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and the level of responsibility the candidate is prepared to take on. We're open to candidates at different experience levels. Someone earlier in their career with strong organizational skills and significant upside may fit toward the lower end of the range, while an experienced Executive Assistant or Office Manager capable of immediately taking significant responsibility may qualify toward the higher end. Work Location This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dedham, Massachusetts. Reliable transportation and the ability to work from the Dedham office during the business week are required.
