Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Supervise members of the clinical staff, to improve quality performance; Manage agendas and clinical staff visits schedule; Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence with the staff and other providers; Assist with hiring new staff, and their application; Create and update databases and records for personnel, members and other data information; Carry out administrative duties such as collecting, filing, typing, data entry, copying, scanning and keeping the members' records in order. Qualifications
  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in;
  • Time Management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic computer software;
  • Verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and spelling;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
  • Self-sufficient, well organized, exceptional work ethic to meet deadlines;
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and determination;
  • Team Player.
Required Experience:
  • At least 1 year of customer service;
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
