This energetic professional will oversee daily office activities, manage vendor relationships, coordinate scheduling, and support both staff and customer needs with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organization across departments Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and service appointments using calendar management tools Supervise administrative staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team Handle vendor management by coordinating with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely deliveries and services Maintain accurate bookkeeping, accounting records, and financial reports using QuickBooks or other financial software Oversee payroll processing, human resources functions, and confidential information handling with integrity Coordinate event planning for dealership promotions or community outreach initiatives to enhance brand presence Manage front desk activities including customer service inquiries, phone etiquette, and client communication Skills Proven experience in office management within an automotive or related environment with strong supervisory skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with spreadsheets and office software applications Skilled in bookkeeping, accounting software (such as QuickBooks), and financial software for accurate recordkeeping Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy setting Strong communication skills for client interaction, team coordination, and vendor negotiations Experience in event planning, calendar management, and training & development initiatives Knowledge of human resources practices including payroll processing and employee onboarding Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Familiarity with medical office management principles is a plus but not required; emphasis on clerical experience and front desk responsibilities is essential Technical proficiency in office equipment operation and troubleshooting to ensure seamless daily operations Join us as an Automotive Office Manager where your leadership will drive operational excellence!
