This role supports staff and management through administrative, organizational, and clerical tasks while maintaining an efficient and professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage office operations and administrative procedures Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Prepare reports, presentations, and documents Order office supplies and office breakroom supplies Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with bookkeeping tasks Coordinate with vendors and service providers Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and employee records Review and update policies and procedures Format documents using Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF Software Data Entry Support and manage promotional programs Approve requested time off/track time off/ and adjust schedule appropriately Assist with updating company social media platforms with recent projects and announcements. Help design and distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, or client packets. Support planning and coordination for company and team-member events. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
