37 per hour Req # 1587 Posted 07/16/2026 Gifford Health Care is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Primary Care and Pediatric Departments. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the practices, including staffing, budget management, clinic operations, and resolving patient concerns. The Office Manager will ensure the efficient operation of all daily functions, including patient access, scheduling, care coordination, and the safe delivery of care. This position also actively supports the team by participating in direct patient care coordination and operational activities as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of management experience preferred Active licensure as a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant or LPN/RN in the State of Vermont Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field preferred BLS certification required Gifford Health Care offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
