Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records to support office operations. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking to support office management. Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and supporting customers. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures. Bilingual abilities are highly valued for communicating with diverse clients or team members. Exceptional phone etiquette skills coupled with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
