Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional administrative support, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency with office management tools, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting while developing valuable administrative expertise. Responsibilities Answer phones, manage general office communication, and help ensure timely follow-up. Support scheduling, meeting coordination, calendars, mail, supplies, shipping, and general office organization. Maintain project files, office records, contracts, certificates, and administrative documents. Help track project information, open items, deadlines, meeting notes, and follow- ups. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, IT support, and the outside bookkeeping team as needed. Manage billing, receipts, invoices, and records to hand off to bookkeeping. Support onboarding, employee paperwork, schedules, office events, and internal coordination. Help the office adopt clearer systems, digital files, password/access practices, and project tracking workflows. Qualifications 5+ years of administrative, office coordination, executive assistant, project coordination, or similar experience. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, calendars, PDFs, and general office technology. Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through reliably. Professional, discreet, collaborative, and comfortable handling confidential information. Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, engineering, legal, accounting, or professional services is helpful but not required. IND_
LUDLOW Pay:
