Job Description
Full-time Dental Receptionist / Scheduling Coordinator wanted to join our growing dental office in Annapolis, MD. Our patients are very important to us and we need someone professional, hard working, upbeat, and with excellent customer service skills to work with us and to be the face of our practice to patients and visitors alike. We are a small tight knit team/family looking for the right person for our beautiful front office. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, monitoring schedules, maintaining the appointment book, appointment confirmations, handling incoming calls, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, collecting payments, scheduling future appointments, and patient follow up. Prior experience as a dental receptionist is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates a plus! Wage commensurate with experience.
