Job Description

Manager, Family Office Responsibilities Manage day-to-day relationships with high-net-worth clients and their families. Oversee bill pay, cash management, budgeting, and banking activities. Prepare and review personal financial statements, net worth reports, and cash flow analyses. Coordinate with tax, legal, insurance, investment, and estate planning advisors. Organize financial records and documentation for tax compliance and reporting. Assist with trust, estate, philanthropic, and wealth transfer planning initiatives. Monitor and track multiple projects and deadlines across complex family structures. Review household payroll, personal expenses, and family office accounting activities. Support real estate transactions, refinancing efforts, and other special projects. Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and operational efficiencies. Mentor junior team members and assist with client onboarding. Manager, Family Office Services Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience within a family office, private client services, wealth management, public accounting, trust administration, or related environment. Strong understanding of personal financial statements, cash flow management, and family office operations. Experience coordinating with tax, legal, and investment professionals. Exceptional client service and relationship management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems. CPA, CFP, CFA, or similar designation preferred.
