This role is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of our projects, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor and subcontractor payments, and supporting our internal project teams. We are a custom builder delivering $1M-$3M+ homes, and we're looking for someone who understands the pace, complexity, and accountability that comes with that level of work. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing high-volume accounts payable across multiple custom home projects Accurately code and enter invoices into Buildertrend and QuickBooks Desktop , aligned with job cost structures Review and match invoices against contracts, purchase orders, and approved selections/allowances Coordinate and track lien waivers, W9s, and subcontractor compliance documentation Coordinate utility disconnects and permits Assist with credit card reconciliations and expense tracking Communicate directly with vendors and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships Support project managers and the selections team with real-time cost tracking and payment status Required Qualifications 3+ years of general office support / accounts payable experience is a plus Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Experience managing subcontractor payments and compliance documentation High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets Preferred Qualifications Experience with Buildertrend Background working with custom home builders or high-end residential construction Experience managing multiple jobs or entities simultaneously What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health benefits, PTO, and 401K match Daily provided lunch from local eateries Long-term growth opportunity within a stable and respected custom home builder A collaborative, team-oriented environment with direct involvement in high-quality residential projects Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm In-office position
