Job Description

We are a commercial flooring company specializing in providing high-quality flooring solutions to businesses, builders, and contractors. We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Front Office Administrator to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients, vendors, and partners.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Greet clients, visitors and vendors upon arrival Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages) Maintain office files, records and documentation accurately Handle data entry, invoicing, and billing in QuickBooks Create and update Excel spreadsheets Support project managers and sales staff with administrative tasks as needed Ensure the front office is organized, clean and welcoming
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoicing, billing and account management Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, basic reporting) Excellent phone and communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in spreadsheet data entry and QuickBooks recording Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Previous administrative or office experience preferred (experience in construction or flooring insustry a plus)

$45,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
