The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing daily administrative tasks, supervising front desk activities, and coordinating vendor management. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. Miss Utility Tickets Mail Organization of office Payroll/Certified Payroll Manage office supplies and vendor relationships to maintain efficient office operations. Oversee file management, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible. Handle phone etiquette professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping. Coordinate schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead front desk staff effectively.
