Office Operations Manager
A growing, fast-paced technology and product-driven company in the Rockville, MD area is seeking an Office & Operations Manager to support day-to-day business operations, internal coordination, logistics, and administrative execution across the organization.
This is a highly visible role supporting leadership directly and helping bring structure, organization, and operational follow-through to a dynamic environment. The company is seeking someone adaptable, resourceful, and proactive — someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping keep priorities moving. This is a start-up environment and core skills in:

- ERP Systems
- Order management
- Operations coordination
- Project coordination
- Internal execution support
- Ability and demonstrated experience in pivoting based on business demands
- Keeping moving pieces organizedWhile a Bachelor's degree is highly desirable, candidates with start-up experinece and no degree are encouraged to apply.
salary:
$75,000 - $85,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
- Support internal teams with operational coordination, scheduling, tracking, and execution
- Manage and maintain ERP/CRM systems, reporting, and operational data accuracy
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Support order tracking, purchasing coordination, invoicing, and logistics activities
- Assist leadership with special projects, process improvement, and operational organization
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, technical, and customer-facing teams
- Help identify workflow gaps and improve operational efficiency
- Support onboarding, office organization, inventory/supplies, and general business operations as neededHighly desirable
