Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team! Duties Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and paper documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information Provide administrative support such as data entry, proofreading documents, calendar management, and scheduling appointments Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and bilingual communication skills if applicable Coordinate office supplies procurement, manage office equipment maintenance, and ensure a clean, organized workspace Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and general computer literacy Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading Strong communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus to serve diverse clients and team members effectively Experience in customer service or reception Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
