Job Description
Description We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can keep the office running efficiently, provide front-desk support, and manage essential purchasing and payment activities. The role requires someone who is detail oriented and comfortable balancing administrative coordination with vendor and office supply oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace environment.
- Coordinate the purchasing of office materials and ensure supplies are restocked in a timely manner.
- Track inventory levels for administrative and workplace essentials to prevent shortages and disruptions.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and supporting accurate payment records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general front-desk inquiries.
- Support administrative workflows by organizing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with routine office communications. Requirements
- Experience supporting administrative office operations in an administrative setting.
- Ability to manage office supply purchasing and monitor inventory needs effectively.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and invoice handling.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk support responsibilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a busy office environment.
