Join Our Growing Team at AngleZ Behavioral Health Services! AngleZ Behavioral Health Services (ABHS) is expanding! We're excited to announce the upcoming opening of our second office. We're looking for passionate, team-oriented individuals to grow with us. At ABHS, we are committed to supporting individuals across all age groups facing challenges such as substance use disorders, behavioral health needs. Job Duties:
As a vital part of our fast-paced administrative team, you will support various departments and help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Front desk reception duties, including greeting and checking clients in and out Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling appointments Supporting program directors with administrative tasks Data entry and document management Collecting and documenting Urine Drug Screens Monitoring Kepro authorizations for billing accuracy Helping build strong relationships with both staff and the community Opening and Closing of ABHS Skowhegan Office Safety/Cleanliness of the office.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative experience is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
Organizational & Time Management:
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage workloads effectively to ensure efficient office operations.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Are vital for interacting with employees, management, and external contacts.
Leadership & Management:
Strong leadership qualities to motivate staff and manage office personnel.
Problem-Solving:
The ability to quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain a smooth office environment.
Adaptability:
Flexibility to adjust to changing office needs and priorities. Attention to
Detail:
A keen eye for detail for accuracy in administrative tasks and documentation.
Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other common office software is essential.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
