Job Description
Edward Jones is seeking a Part Time Branch Office Administrator to support a client-focused financial advisor in a local branch. In this role, you'll handle client service, appointment scheduling, paperwork processing, and daily office operations that help clients pursue long-term financial goals. You'll manage phones, greeting, and follow-up, maintain accurate records in line with firm and regulatory standards, and assist with basic marketing activities. Responsibilities Support daily branch operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining client files Greet clients, answer phones, and respond to routine inquiries with a client-first focus Schedule and confirm client appointments and prepare meeting materials Process account paperwork, transactions, and service requests accurately and on time Maintain records, databases, and office systems in compliance with firm and regulatory policies Assist financial advisor with marketing activities, mailings, and client follow-up Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, reports, and vendors for the branch Monitor office supplies and equipment and arrange service or replenishment as needed Protect sensitive client information and follow confidentiality and compliance standards Participate in firm training and development to build product and service knowledge Required Skills Client service Office administration Appointment scheduling Data entry and records management Financial paperwork processing Regulatory and compliance awareness Telephone etiquette Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) CRM or client database use Time management and multitasking
