Job Description

Job Summary EXT Enhancements LLC., is looking for a motivated, organized, and professional Office Administrator to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction office environment and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems. Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars. Work with CRM software and maintain customer records. Handle building permits and related paperwork. Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and team members with inquiries or requests via phone or email. Order and maintain office supplies. Keep the office organized and clean. Update company social media accounts with photos, project updates, and content Assist with general administrative and office duties. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Construction industry experience is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Ability to perform data entry accurately with high typing speed; proofreading skills are a plus. Familiarity with CRM software. Prior experience as a receptionist—construction industry will be a bonus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
