Handle Payroll and Human Resources responsibilities with care and precision Onboarding New Employees Assist in Managing Contractor Accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Premier Assist in oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows Offer general administrative support to leadership and staffWhat We're Looking For:
2-4+ years of experience in General Office Management and Contractor Accounting Experience managing payroll, AP/AR, and financial reconciliations Experienced in QuickBooks (Premier preferred) and MS Outlook/Word/Excel Strong knowledge of insurance certificates, audits, and construction terminology Understanding of AIA billings, lien waivers, and certified payroll (a plus) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailCompensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000/year (commensurate with experience)Benefits:
Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid vacation, holidays, and personal time offSchedule:
