Partridge Creek Dental , we are seeking an Office Manager who is energetic, friendly, passionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be interacting and providing excellent customer service and patient care to the families we serve. We seek team members who are as passionate as we are about working together to drive better life outcomes for our patients. This is a Full Time position.
Role Summary:
This role is responsible for planning and overseeing the daily operations to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Offering support to the Managing Doctor and delegate tasks among the team members. While overseeing the office team members and answering questions about billing and insurance. The Office Manager sets standards for team members and leads by example by promoting efficient practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Review performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses including administrative activities directly related to providing services. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with executive members, or staff members. Establish and maintain excellent relationships and communication with staff and patients. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. Assign job duties and prepare work schedules for clerical staff. Partner with the Director of Operations to ensure the integrity of collecting all forms of payments in the clinic. Report financial collections daily and review monthly. Order and distribute office supplies and navigate other operational expenses. Perform administrative tasks which may include maintaining or overseeing calendars and schedules for staff and patients. Resolve patient complaints.
Experience & Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
