This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills, ready to support daily office functions and manage bookkeeping responsibilities with enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative workplace where efficiency and customer service excellence are prioritized. Duties Oversee daily office operations Maintain organized filing systems, handle data entry tasks, and ensure accurate record-keeping using spreadsheets and other practice software Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks accounting software, including invoicing, payroll, monthly/quarterly payroll taxes and bank reconciliations Coordinate calendar management, schedule appointments, and assist with personal assistant duties as needed Supervise staff management Provide exceptional customer service through phone communication, patient interaction, and front desk support Assist with miscellaneous insurance billing duties Prepare professional correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and perform word processing tasks efficiently Support office management initiatives by implementing organizational improvements and ensuring smooth workflow Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent computer literacy with the ability to handle data entry, spreadsheets, and productivity software effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions and patient support Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and filing systems is preferred Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts Join us in a role where your organizational talents and technical proficiency will make a meaningful impact. Pay:
