Contracts Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Duties:
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including expense tracking and reporting
- Plan and coordinate company events, including team-building activities and celebrations
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and reports
- Provide support to the team as needed, including assisting with travel arrangements and meeting preparations
- Oversee training development for new employees and ongoing professional development for the team
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
