Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to serve as a key leader within the company, acting as a liaison between the President and all departments. This position will oversee office operations while ensuring effective communication, strategic planning, and interdepartmental coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems including troubleshooting , sales, customer service, and business operations, including compliance, financial oversight, and human resources. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, handle IT related challenges, implement company-wide policies, and support the professional development of employees while maintaining a strong company culture.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a diverse office team.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and professional development.
  • Act as a bridge between senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Handle or delegate all tasks below Presidential level.
Operational Management:
  • Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee ERP system functions and support users.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot IT/software issues, set up import profiles, and configure machines.
  • Adapt to seasonal business demands and take on diverse tasks as needed.
Strategic Leadership & Cross-Department Coordination:
  • Serve as a liaison between the President and internal departments, ensuring clear communication of company goals, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient collaboration.
  • Assist in strategic planning by providing insights into operational challenges, workforce needs, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement company-wide policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency across departments.
  • Lead company-wide meetings, ensuring key messages from senior leadership are effectively conveyed to all teams.
Performance Analysis & Financial Oversight:
  • Analyze department performance metrics and provide reports to senior leadership with recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor and support budget adherence across departments, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational effectiveness.
Employee & Culture Development:
  • Foster a positive company culture, encouraging teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development across all teams.
  • Address and resolve conflicts between departments, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
Customer Relations & Sales Support:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting ERP systems.
  • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
  • Ability to handle HR responsibilities, including hiring and training.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experiance :
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting ERP systems (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
  • Moderate work occasionally working in difficult position and/or with physical demands such as continuously lifting/moving materials from 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting/moving materials greater than 50 pounds.
