Job Description

Hours 9-5 Tuesday - Friday spring and summer. Winter hours reduced as required. Duties and responsibilities Good communication skills required. Maintain bags for house operations Restaurant, Keno , extra bar bag, etc.
Process daily sales:
Balance cash, credit card deposits and member charges. Enter sales in Quick Books. Process all receipts. Emails, Voicemail, all front office duties. Process New Membership applications Take membership dues payments and golf/pool memberships. Monthly news letter. Compile and edit articles from officers. Coordinate with editor. Email out to membership after mailing. Greet members and potential members. Other miscellaneous activities. Summary As a Front Office Manager, you will be essential in overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff alike. Reporting to the General Manager, you will utilize your core skills in office management and communication to foster a welcoming environment. Your premium skills in QuickBooks and schedule management will aid in efficient financial and time management. Additionally, your relevant skills in team management and training will support the development of a high-performing team, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Qualifications Proven office management and clerical experience Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in team management and supervising staff Proficiency in QuickBooks and budget management Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems Ability to manage schedules and coordinate events effectively
