$15- $21/hour , based on experience 80 hours of PTO right out of the gate 10 paid holidays every year 4% 401(k) match — we're investing in your future too $300/month toward your health insurance Full-time, stable schedule at one of our welcoming West Michigan sites What You'll Actually Be Doing No two days are exactly alike, but here's the shape of it: Be the first friendly face clients see — greeting, checking in, and making sure no one waits without acknowledgment Get new clients connected fast — responding to referrals, scheduling first appointments, and coordinating with clinicians Keep the coffee brewing and the conversation going — insurance verification, payments, and documentation between the small talk that makes clients feel like people, not appointments Grow with us — once you've got the daily flow down, you'll get to help with things like marketing, events, and process improvements We've built this role around clear priorities, so you'll always know what matters most in the moment — client care always comes first, everything else follows. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus) 1+ year in an administrative, customer service, or receptionist role Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Suite A warm, professional communicator who keeps calm under pressure Bonus points if you have: Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting Familiarity with TherapyNotes or a similar EMR About Second Story Counseling We believe everyone deserves a second story — one marked by understanding, empowerment, and freedom.
