Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a knack for team management, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient office atmosphere and supporting various administrative functions. Duties Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Oversee phone systems, ensuring proper etiquette and effective communication with clients and vendors. Coordinate human resources activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Plan and organize company events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. Develop and implement office policies to improve overall efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in an office management or administrative role. Strong skills in calendar management and event planning. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using phone systems with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively. Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently or as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
