The individual will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and emails. Prepare, organize and file documents and records. Handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and our specialized software for homeowner association management. Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly and courteously. Assist with office management duties including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support. Support bookkeeping activities such as accounts receivable and payable and basic financial record keeping. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, spreadsheets, and office management software for homeowner associations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on professional phone etiquette and client interaction. Previous office experience or clerical background that demonstrates familiarity with front desk operations and administrative procedures. Attention to detail for proofreading documents, managing filing systems, and maintaining accurate records. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while supporting team objectives.
