Job Description

Office Assistant/Project Coordinator | Full-time | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM RA Lee Electric is a small, established electrical contractor working with builders on custom residential construction and remodel projects. The office runs on efficiency, clear communication, and people who stay steady when the day shifts — because it will. You'll be supporting the office and keeping projects moving. The team already has an established way of working, so fitting in, communicating clearly, and keeping pace matters. What You'll Handle Office Operations Answer phones Handle office tasks like data entry into QuickBooks and CRM system, filing, ordering supplies & uniforms, and occasional bank deposits Assist the Office Manager, Owner, and Sales Leader as needed Scheduling & Project Flow Build and adjust work schedules for all crews Schedule projects with builders Pull electrical permits Schedule inspections Review approved quotes with the sales team (job length, materials, timing) Keep projects on track and flag issues early Review workload with the sales team and help forecast upcoming work Create work orders and project packets Track time for crews and projects Communicate updates, changes, and job details between the office and crews A Successful Teammate Works efficiently and keeps daily tasks moving Stays organized even when priorities shift Handles changes calmly and adjusts without getting rattled Communicates clearly with crews and the office Fits smoothly into an established office team Uses Microsoft Office confidently (Outlook, Word, Excel) The Environment A steady, established office team that knows how to work together and keeps things moving without fuss.
