Job Description
G & G Construction Office Manager - Job Description SUMMARY The Office Manager supports daily operations by managing invoicing, project coordination, customer communication, and office organization for a residential construction company. This role also assists homeowners through the custom and modular home building process, including selections, layouts, and project support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily office operations. Handle invoicing, billing, and accounts payable/receivable. Maintain and organize job files and paperwork. Track project expenses and budgets using QuickBooks and Excel. Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, Work with potential new customers and help guide them through the early stages of the building process. Assist clients with selections, layouts, and design ideas for new custom homes. Support and eventually oversee most aspects of General Housing Corporation modular home purchases.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Associate's Degree preferred Proficient in QuickBooks Customer service experience preferred Strong knowledge of technology skills, primarily the use of spreadsheets Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently Interested in residential home design and customer interaction.SALARY & BENEFITS
$45,000-$65,000 full-time salary (based on experience) Opportunity for year-end bonus Paid Time Off Health insurance benefits are availablePay:
