This person will work closely with our providers and staff and help with the day-to-day needs of the office. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day office operations Oversee and support office staff Help with staff schedules, training, and hiring Work with providers to make sure the office runs smoothly Handle medical billing, insurance claims, and follow-up Help with billing and insurance questions Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed Communicate with insurance companies, pharmacies, vendors, and other offices Help handle patient concerns Make sure paperwork, records, and office tasks are kept up to date Help maintain HIPAA and office policies Step in where needed to help the office run efficiently Qualifications Previous medical office management experience preferred Experience with medical billing and insurance Familiar with EMR/EHR systems Good communication and leadership skills Organized and able to handle multiple tasks Comfortable working with providers and staff Reliable and able to work independently Professional and friendly What We Offer Supportive work environment Modern medical office Opportunities for growth Training and support Team-oriented workplace
