Northmarq was voted by Real Estate Forum as one of The Best Places to Work in Commercial Real Estate! Northmarq is seeking a Sr. Office Assistant who is reliable, professional, and well-organized. This individual is responsible for Bloomington, MN corporate headquarters office support, addressing employee and visitor needs, coordinating events, and general support as needed. Will develop strong relationships with executives, business partners and cross-functional teams to support efficient communication and coordination across the organization. This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date. Northmarq does not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. Specific Responsibilities Reception & Front Desk Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, including vendors, candidates, and clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience. Manage the reception area and front desk operations, including greeting visitors, routing incoming calls, and keeping the space clean, organized, and presentable. General administrative support for in-office events and meetings, including catering and invoice support. Office & Facilities Management Manage office supply inventory, including purchasing, tracking, and restocking. Ensure break rooms, supply closets, conference rooms, and common areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked. Coordinate with vendors to source quality, cost-effective supplies and services, and maintenance of office equipment to ensure proper functioning. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mailings and material tracking for various teams. Business Support & Partnership Partner with leaders to manage priorities and updates regarding the corporate office. Provide support to the Human Resources team including running ad-hoc reports, immigration processes, new hire orientation, and career fairs. Partner with Marketing to coordinate vendor-supplied materials. Develop and maintain org charts and the corporate headquarters floorplan.
