  • Provide administrative support to managers, departments, and team members.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
