The Impact You'll Make You'll keep our office running smoothly, support caregivers, nursing and administrative staff to ensure clients get the care they need — making a real difference in their lives. What You'll Do Manage daily office operations and business requirements of services Support direct report nursing and administrative staff on a daily basis Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations. Provide leadership in the Hermantown office as part of a larger organization. What You'll Bring Office management experience (healthcare/home care preferred). Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office. A compassionate, client-focused approach.
