Hoffman & Brobst, PLLP is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and support accounting, human resources, technology, marketing, and general office functions.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with accounts payable/ receivable, billing and payroll; supporting recruitment and employee benefits; maintaining policies and procedures; administering insurance; coordinating marketing and business development activities; overseeing records, facilities, purchasing and office services; and working with IT staff and software vendors to support technology needs.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred, with at least 2 years of office administration experience. Experience in an accounting, tax, bookkeeping, financial services, or professional office is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, is required; QuickBooks and document management experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and discretion are essential.
