Our practice areas include personal injury, and immigration. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team as our current Office Manager is leaving the position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an office, with at least one year of office management experience preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with the basics of QuickBooks and have a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the office. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Bookkeeping for office, including managing and maintaining business accounts, tracking client payments, handling deposits, and payroll Preparing documents for clients and staff Scheduling appointments and meeting with clients in office as needed Monitoring, ordering and organizing supplies Generally maintaining office efficiency, organization and tidiness Requirements from the ideal candidate include: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task General accounting knowledge is a plus, but not necessary Fluent in Spanish Otherwise qualified candidates are encouraged to apply too, as we are hoping to hire a candidate who is looking for a place to learn and grow along with our firm.
