JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(include, but are not limited to): Daily management and coordination of MLS listings, including daily cash receipts coordination Data entry into MLS database Appointment setting Audit purchase agreement file Assist other branch offices with showing request Listing management, upon request Management of RingCentral telephone system Answer and re-direct calls Hire and train office staff Great guests/customers Conduct sales executive communication and follow-up Building and facility administration Manage janitorial requirements with staff Maintain incoming/outgoing mail delivery Order office supplies Responsible for new sales executive preparation process Attend and participate in monthly office manager meetings as well as requested company meetings Maintain all office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, etc.) Physical in-office and regular attendance required Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Real estate experience is preferred Excellent and proven customer service experience Experience answering multi-line telecommunication system Quick learning style with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment and adjust pace accordingly Demonstrate ability to deliver consistent, committed, reliable, and timely performance Business professional appearance and demeanor Desire long-term position (1 year or longer) Accurate keyboard skills Team player Common sense approach to problem solving Reliable transportation Punctual and responsible with respect to managing commitments High school diploma, at minimum; additional education qualifications will be a plus
