In addition, the candidate must be reliable, detail oriented, use good judgement and decision-making skills, work at a self-motivated pace with ability to accomplish a variety of tasks; adapt to the workload and able to multi-task and react or change priorities as needed.

Requirements:

Attend to the smooth operation of the front-end and assist with any needs of customers, stakeholders, front-end supervisors, and store managers Knowledge of Front-End Standards, Procedures and Job Expectations Schedule and execute Front End meetings and 1-1's Scheduling Front End stakeholders to maximize customer shopping experience Weekly payroll duties Weekend and holiday availability required Available to work between the hours of 7am-7pm - 32-40 hours per week Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
