Our Columbia, MO office is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. Position Highlights As one of our Office Administrators, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You'll verify insurance, coordinate paperwork, support our clinical staff, and help keep our office running efficiently. What You'll Do Greet patients and answer phones with professionalism and warmth. Schedule appointments and manage daily office flow. Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations. Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies. Handle documentation, scanning, and office organization. Support our team with administrative and customer service needs. What We're Looking For 2+ years of office or customer service experience (healthcare preferred). Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Strong computer skills (MS Office; EMR/medical software a plus). Highly organized with attention to detail. Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting.
