Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Columbia center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You'll build strong partnerships with families, maintain a well-organized, welcoming classroom, and uphold all health and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive, supportive relationships with children and families. Observe and document children's progress and communicate updates to families. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care and education. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
