Hours - Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. In this vital role, you will oversee administrative functions, coordinate office activities, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Your proactive approach will foster an efficient, welcoming workspace that supports our team's productivity and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing clerical tasks and administrative workflows Coordinate calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing customer job specifications Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer service Assist with client communication and support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email Manage office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the office remains well-stocked and organized Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and communication Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing, proofreading, and data entry tasks Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for effective client communication and support Experience managing multi-line phone systems and calendar scheduling tools for efficient time management Previous office management or administrative experience demonstrating reliability, multitasking ability, and technical proficiency.
