Entry-Level Account Representative Full-Time | In-Office | Base Salary + Commission | Insurance Sales Scott Brase State Farm Insurance is looking for a friendly, motivated Entry-Level Account Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and learning new skills, this is an opportunity to build a career in insurance sales with training and support along the way. You'll work directly with customers at our local office, learn about their insurance needs, explain coverage options, and help them find policies that fit their individual situations. No insurance sales background is required—we're looking for someone who is willing to learn, works well with others, and enjoys creating a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers visiting our office Learn about customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Explain State Farm products and coverage in a clear, easy-to-understand way Guide customers through quotes, policy selections, and applications Build positive relationships with customers through helpful and professional service Follow up with prospective and existing customers Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity Work with team members to support customers and achieve team goals Continue developing your insurance and product knowledge What We're Looking For No previous insurance experience required — training and support are provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers Willingness to learn insurance products and sales processes Organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative office environment At least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Mobile device with active cellular data Reliable home internet access Compensation $40,000-$75,000 annually, including base pay and commission.
