GRITT Business Coaching has been contracted by All Seasons Roofing to find a responsible and detail oriented Office Manager. The Role The Office Manager is the connector of our office. Reporting to the President, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, keep financials accurate, and ensure information flows seamlessly between our sales team, field crews, and leadership. This role is perfect for someone who naturally thrives on clarity, structure, and organization. Your work will directly impact how the business runs and helping us deliver on promises to our customers and supporting the team that makes it happen. What You'll Do Be the first friendly point of contact for calls, emails, and office visitors Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, balance accounts, and handle job costing Collect and process project paperwork using Field Control Software and QuickBooks Keep Job Accountability System reports and Work in Progress reports current and accurate Prepare and coordinate internal reports to meet deadlines Ensure invoices go out on time as jobs are completed Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to keeping projects and people aligned What We're Looking For Two to three years of office management or administrative experience Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with QuickBooks and general accounting preferred Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) A team player with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset Someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in accurate, detail-driven work Performance Expectations Bills and invoices processed on time as work is completed Job costing completed accurately and on schedule Reports delivered by deadlines 100% participation in leadership meetings Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary: $52,000 annually Year-end bonus opportunity Health insurance with optional dental and vision coverage
